I am Pierina Penny, a singer, vocal coach, and recording artist operating this website for the sale of digital music and related services.

 

3. Products and services

Through this website, I may offer:

  • Vocal coaching services

  • Other digital products or services as described on the website at the time of purchase

All product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.

 

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)

  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal

  • I do not store your full payment card details

  • Your order will not be fulfilled until payment has been received in full

 

5. Delivery of digital products

For digital music purchases:

  • Products are delivered electronically (e.g. download link or access)

  • Delivery is typically instant or sent to your email after payment confirmation

  • If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact me

 

6. Cooling-off period and refunds (digital content)

Under UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

However, by purchasing digital music from this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You consent to the supply of digital content immediately after purchase, and

  • You understand that you lose your right to cancel once download or access begins

As a result:

  • Refunds are not available once digital music has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by law (e.g. faulty or misdescribed content)

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve it.

 

7. Vocal coaching services

If you book vocal coaching sessions:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours

  • Missed lessons or late cancellations may still be charged at the full session rate

 

 

8. Intellectual property

All music, recordings, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Pierina Penny, unless otherwise stated.

When you purchase music:

  • You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence

  • You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or publicly broadcast the content without permission

 

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share download links or files with others

  • Upload my music to streaming platforms without permission

  • Use content for commercial purposes unless explicitly licensed

 

10. Website use

I aim to ensure the website is available and functioning correctly, but:

  • I do not guarantee uninterrupted access

  • I am not responsible for temporary downtime caused by Wix, PayPal, or third-party services

 

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or products

  • My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded under UK law.
